Break the stigma.
Build the alliance.

yep, we're students too.

Neuro Health Alliance is a student-led nonprofit turning advocacy, art, education, and open research into real support for young people's mental and neurological health.

What we do

Three ways we chip away at stigma.

Young people stay quiet about mental health when speaking up feels risky. We work on that from three sides, all led by students: raising voices, building understanding, and opening up the science.

01 / Advocacy

Youth voices, out loud

Personal stories, artwork, and campaigns that make mental health something people actually talk about. Published under the writers' own names.

02 / Education

Understanding, at school scale

Chapter workshops, anti-cyberbullying training, and peer programs that bring mental-health literacy into classrooms and clubs.

03 / Research

Open, accessible science

Student-driven research and free, open resources on neurodivergence, ADHD, and neurodegeneration, from cognitive screening to protein misfolding.

What we make

Built by students, free for everyone.

Our teams design and ship apps, platforms, and campaigns, spanning ADHD screening, learning, reflection, and open neuroscience. Every one is free to use.

The chapter network

The alliance is its chapters.

Chapters are where it all happens: student-led clubs running workshops, submitting articles and art, logging verified volunteer hours, and supporting each other. Start one at your school, or join one nearby.

Bring NHA to your school

A chapter takes about ten minutes to start. We send a kit, a charter, and someone to help you run your first event. You bring the people.

Volunteering that counts

Log your hours. Make them count.

Volunteer with NHA and keep a verified record of your service hours. Track everything in your dashboard, get hours verified by a coordinator, and use them for college applications and school service requirements.

Why we do this

Four numbers we can't ignore.

Youth mental health is under serious strain right now, and a lot of what helps is already within reach. Reaching young people early changes how the story goes.
