Suhani Gupta, Founder and President of the Neuro Health Alliance (NHA), leads with a visionary approach centered around the organization's core pillars: advocacy, education, and research. Her leadership has propelled NHA to the forefront of mental health initiatives, focusing on reducing stigma, promoting mental health awareness, and advancing research to improve neuropsychiatric well-being.


Her leadership style is rooted in action and impact. Suhani’s ability to engage with diverse communities through outreach events, veteran support initiatives, and educational projects showcases her dynamic approach to leading by example. Whether organizing debate competitions for youth or spearheading grassroots advocacy, Suhani ensures that NHA’s mission of inclusivity and mental health awareness reaches far and wide.


Suhani’s leadership extends beyond NHA. As a mental health advocate, she has collaborated with local government leaders, including the Mayor's Council, to address mental health challenges at a policy level. At her school, she leads educational projects, broadening the reach of Model UN programs and championing equity in education.


Her involvement in community service is vast, from volunteering with the National Marrow Donor Program to teaching martial arts and life skills at a local Dojo. These initiatives not only reflect her dedication to service but also highlight her leadership in mentoring and uplifting others.


Through her tireless efforts, Suhani has earned the prestigious President's Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) Gold for two consecutive years, a testament to the depth of her commitment to creating positive change. Her forward-thinking leadership continues to inspire those around her, making her an influential force in advancing mental health and community well-being.
